Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

Last updated October 2026

Summary

  • The public pages of this website do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools and do not set cookies of their own. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example to filter automated traffic).
  • We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share what you send us only as needed to respond, for example with our affiliated property management company for leasing questions, or with service providers that handle our email.
  • The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and nothing is sent until you send it.

Information stored in your browser

So that the homepage intro animation does not replay on every visit, the site keeps a single “intro seen” setting in your browser's session storage. It contains no personal information, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, the hosting servers receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and use it to deliver and protect the site. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example to filter automated traffic); this website does not set cookies of its own.

Third-party services

To display some content, your browser loads files directly from these providers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com): the typefaces used on every page.
  • OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org): map images, on pages that show a map.
  • unpkg and cdnjs (unpkg.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com): the Leaflet mapping library, on pages that show a map.

Links to other websites, such as news articles, Google Maps directions or a community's own website, are covered by those websites' privacy policies.

Messages you send us

When you contact us, your email app or phone carrier delivers the message, not this website. We receive only what you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message, and use it to respond to you and handle your request. You can also email us directly at info@c-cdev.com or leasing@c-cdev.com.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this website does not track visitors across sites or over time, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
