New Construction

C&C focuses on vacant and underutilized properties for the development of its new multifamily affordable communities. We work with cities, redevelopment agencies, and brokers to identify appropriate properties for acquisition and entitlement. In constructing new multifamily units, C&C works closely with its local city partner to identify density, architecture, unit mix, and resident type in order to help achieve the city's affordable housing production goals.

Our 35+ years of experience developing residential communities provides a focus on design and the quality of construction materials used. Communities are designed specifically for the target resident population: family projects are equipped with active and passive open spaces, play equipment, and community centers, while senior communities provide common meeting areas that encourage interaction between residents, along with various security measures. As part of our commitment to be environmentally conscious and energy efficient, C&C seeks LEED certification for each new residential community.
