Accessibility Statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and find the information they need.

Our goal

C&C Development is working to make this website accessible. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we aim to review new content and features for accessibility as we add them.

What we do

  • Pages use headings, landmarks and a “Skip to main content” link to support screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Menus, project filters and the photo viewer can be operated with a keyboard.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its intro animation and other movement.
  • Contact form fields have labels, and contact information is always available as text.

Known limitations

  • Some photos do not yet have detailed descriptions; the community name is provided as alternative text.
  • Maps are visual. Each community's city or address, and our office address, are also shown as text.
  • Some news items link to other websites that we do not control and that may not be fully accessible.
