Our commitment

C&C Development and its affiliated property management company, Advanced Property Services Management, Inc. (APS), are committed to complying with all federal, state and local fair housing laws. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation.

Nondiscrimination

We do not discriminate against any applicant, resident or prospective resident on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status (including households with children under 18 and people who are pregnant), source of income (including rental assistance such as Housing Choice Vouchers), disability (physical or mental), medical condition, genetic information, age, citizenship, primary language, immigration status, military or veteran status, or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law.

Communities designated for seniors apply age requirements only as permitted by law.

Requesting a reasonable accommodation or modification

If you have a disability, you may ask for a reasonable accommodation (a change in a rule, policy, practice or service) or a reasonable modification (a physical change to a unit or common area) when it is needed for you to have an equal opportunity to use and enjoy your home.

  • You can make a request at any time: when you apply, while you are on a waitlist, or while you live in one of our communities.
  • You can ask verbally or in writing, yourself or through someone acting on your behalf.
  • Contact the leasing office at your community, or our leasing team at leasing@c-cdev.com or (714) 288-7600. TTY users can reach us through the California Relay Service at 711.
  • We review each request and may ask for information needed to evaluate it, as permitted by law. If a request cannot be granted as made, we will discuss possible alternatives with you.

Filing a fair housing complaint

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, please let us know so we can address your concern. You also have the right to file a complaint with a government agency, whether or not you contact us first:

Retaliation against anyone for exercising their fair housing rights is prohibited by law.
